Refund and Returns Policy

Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

RETURN POLICY

  • Returns at Anpal Style are accepted only in selected cases.
  • Returns are allowed if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Customers must raise a return request via WhatsApp or email within 24–48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Clear unboxing video and product photos are required along with the return request.
  • Returns without unboxing video or proper proof will not be accepted.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Size issues
  • Minor color variations (due to lighting or screen display)
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Delay caused by the courier company
  • Used, washed, or damaged products (due to customer handling)

REFUND POLICY

  • Refunds are offered only in specific cases.
  • If the product is out of stock or the order is canceled by Anpal Style, the refund will be processed.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

NO CASH ON DELIVERY REFUND

  • Refunds are not available for COD (Cash on Delivery) orders.
  • In COD cases, refunds may be provided as store credit or replacement (if applicable).

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products.
  • Exchanges will be processed only after approval.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
  • If the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

IMPORTANT NOTE

  • The decision of Anpal Style regarding returns, refunds, or exchanges is final.
  • All return/refund requests are checked thoroughly before approval.
  • This policy may be updated or changed without prior notice.
